Shaft kiln for quicklime by calcination of Lime stone and Dolomite stone

The project is located in India with a cylindrical kiln body. Materials are charged from the top of the kiln and quicklime discharged from the bottom after calcination. According to the temperature change and distribution in the shaft kiln, the shaft kiln is divided into three sections from top to bottom: pre heating section, calcination section and cooling section. In the pre heating section, the material is preheated by the heat of gas. In the calcination section, the material is calcined by the heat of gas combustion. In the cooling section, the calcined material is heat exchanged with the cold air, the material itself is cooled and the air is heated, this heated air becomes combustion air of calcination section. In order to ensure the material calcination process is fully and completely carried out in each section, the three sections in the shaft kiln keep a certain height and strive for stability.
